Responsibilities
- Patient Registration: Register patients across multiple departments, verify insurance, and assess sliding fee eligibility.
- Documentation: Scan and maintain insurance cards, identification, and proof of income.
- Scheduling: Arrange follow-up appointments, verify patient insurance before visits, and finalize check-out encounters.
- Customer Support: Answer patient inquiries, streamline workflow, and direct patients to appropriate services.
- Program Enrollment: Screen patients for Family Planning Programs and assist with uninsured patient services.
- Financial Transactions: Collect fees and manage financial documentation during patient check-out.
- Miscellaneous Duties: Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
